William (Bill) Esser offers over 36 continuous years of hands-on roofing, sheet metal and waterproofing expertise.

Mr. Esser has been retained as a consultant and/or expert witness in over 2500 forensic roof inspections, investigations, property damage, personal injury claims, and/or construction defect litigations.

Mr. Esser has been a licensed C-39 Roofing Contractor  and employer since March, 1976. For over 22 years, as founder and CEO of Commercial Roof Management, Inc., Mr. Esser managed a staff of consultants and roof managers annually responsible for maintaining over $500,000,000 in roofing assets. A lecturer, published author and educator, Mr. Esser assisted the State of California in drafting the C-39 roofing contractor's exam. Ha also serves as an Industry Expert in contractor / property owner disputes.

Mr. Esser has testified in Federal Court, Superior Court, Binding Arbitration and numerous depositions. He has served as a third party Umpire and Appraiser in insurance claim disputes.
